UNtitled
Proactive Student Work

The Brief:
A proactive student piece with the brief being to create a new-to-world, accessible, mass-market beauty brand that breaks established category codes. A brand that responds to some of the issues with which modern, post-demographic consumers identify, for example, gender stereotypes, healthy body image, environmental concerns, or any other issues. The Idea:
Untitled is an organic, cruelty free, fully recyclable and reusable beauty product brand that will break the established category codes that face modern, post-demographic users today. The word “category” being key to these problems; society’s continual insistence to categorize you: be it gay, straight, black, white, tall, short, fat or skinny.
I decided to conceptualise breaking status quos by naming this beauty brand UNTITLED. Inspired by the prefix un - meaning the opposite of. Untitled being the absence of a name itself, the absence of a social label on your being.
The packaging is made up of brown and white reusable glass bottles of all shapes and sizes. All products scents are unisex and the product range is simple and neutral.
